Hi,

Again, thanks for providing a gread library.

I just want to let you know that I got credentials to work with Nearmap by adding three lines of code described in this post:

Hi,Help me please!(

There is an error:

GMap.NET.Core loads it's embedded sqlite reference(System.Data.SQLite), external reference should not be deployed, you can use any cpu target that way

is coming! ;}

In the meantime any volunteers can help by contributing to greatmaps.wikia.com

  • If you have a local server it is recommended to use SecondaryCache, so you'll hit global tile servers less
  • Using mobile version is really fast only with precached map database, please use desktop demos to make it
    • I recommend to defragment your SD card for even better performance
    • Supports multiply caches, use smallest for default-writable Data.gmdb and leave other in read-only mode(ex.MyCity.gmdb, etc..)
  • Tips:
    • Select & zoom to area while holding shift and dragging mouse, switching between maps keeps selected area in the center
    • Local cache works faster if you re-index it sometimes calling GMaps.Instance.OptimizeMapDb(null);
    • Default map DragButton = MouseButtons.Right;
    • GMap.NET.Core loads it's embedded sqlite reference(System.Data.SQLite), external reference should not be deployed, you can use any cpu target that way

Is it possible to make something like GetPointAtDistance() in GMap .NET?

I have the same problem ;/ Someone posted a code in JS that used GetPointAtDistance(m) which should return a point of route at distance "m" from the start point but I don't see anything like this on .NET ;/

I have a VFR raster chart (map image for aviation) --like this one. I want to overlay this image on Gmap (I have the coordinates for it). But when you zoom into this image, it should not stay the same size (like a marker). The image should zoom in too. How do I do it? It's kinda like creating a polygon at specific lat/lng and you can zoom in/out of the polygon. It should become part of the map. Let me know if there is confusion. I am new to Gmap and this is urgent. Thanks

You were quick radioman, thanks. So these are the bounding coordinates for the image.

Bounding_Coordinates:
West_Bounding_Coordinate: -80.107136
East_Bounding_Coordinate: -59.729722
North_Bounding_Coordinate: 48.502223
South_Bounding_Coordinate: 38.660689

How do I set it in the code. I only see two variables (gtl and gbr). What exactly are these (gtl and gbr) for?
